Inspired by a love of puzzles and the satisfaction of finding solutions, Joshua is particularly motivated by guiding clients to their own “aha” moments—ensuring they not only reach the right outcome, but truly understand the process along the way.

Joshua Bibb

During law school, Joshua clerked with the Oregon Tax Court (Magistrate Division), an experience that sharpened his analytical skills and allowed him to gain exposure to nuanced legal issues. At Pacific Cascade Legal, Joshua was drawn to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives during some of their most challenging moments, while gaining hands-on litigation experience. Equally compelling was the firm’s forward-thinking approach— equipping clients not only to address their immediate legal needs, but also to confidently navigate future challenges.

Known for an ability to break down complex legal concepts into clear, manageable pieces, Joshua empowers clients to make informed decisions with confidence. With formal training in negotiation, he approaches disputes with a cooperative, strategic mindset aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes.

Joshua’s background, including a Master of Business Administration and exposure to tax law, provides additional strength in analyzing financial matters and identifying key details that can influence the direction of a case. Guided by the philosophy of first understanding the full picture, he develops thoughtful, efficient strategies that anticipate challenges and create a clear path forward.

Clients and colleagues often describe Joshua as friendly, quick-witted, and understanding. Committed to excellent client service, he prioritizes clear communication and active listening— believing that trust is built by truly understanding each client’s goals and helping them navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.

Outside of the office, Joshua enjoys strategy-based games, including card and table games that challenge problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Joshua also enjoys exploring the outdoors through disc golf and has a musical background, playing the baritone, tuba, and euphonium.

Above all, Joshua is driven by a goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes—approaching each case as a unique puzzle to be solved with care, precision, and dedication.
